This modern villa offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a leather sectional and an accent chair to discuss the day s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen with a five seat breakfast bar and a six seat dining table allows for food any time of the day.

Sleeping up to 10 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a queen sized bedroom on the bottom floor and a shared family bathroom. On the second floor, you will find a king sized suite, a queen sized bedroom, and a surf themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four twin sized beds) and a shared family bathroom.

The private outdoor deck offers a swimming pool and spillover spa to enjoy Florida s warm weather and sunshine as well as a BBQ for all your grilling needs and a foosball table for some friendly competition. The games room also offers hours of entertainment with a basketball shooting game, air hockey table, multi arcade video game, and arcade shooting game.

Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
