Reunion s newest development of townhomes overlooks the Jack Nicklaus driving range and the 18th hole of this signature golf course. The location is just a short stroll from the clubhouse which offers a pro shop, gymnasium, bar, and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.

As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan with an art deco ground floor, perfect for entertaining with a sleeper sectional and an accent chair. The family can gather at the five-seat dining table as well as a bench for additional seating or grab one of the four chairs at the breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The private patio is where you and your loved ones can soak up Florida s sunshine with a six seat patio table and be just a step away from the community pool.

Upstairs, you will find all the sleeping quarters with a king-sized suite and connecting bathroom as well as a queen sized bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds (two twin sized beds) and a shared family bathroom located in the hallway. A full-sized washer and dryer will also be on this level for all your laundry needs while on vacation.

Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
