This modern five-bedroom estate, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is decorated with luxurious and contemporary furnishings throughout the entire home. From the outdoor pool deck to the arcade, children s themed bedroom, upper floor entertainment loft area, and home gym, this estate has everything you could wish for and more.

This stylish mansion is full of elegance and fashionable accents throughout the entirety of the home. The open living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other s company with comfortable seating all around including a sectional and two accent chairs as well as a feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a four-seat breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to 12 for a meal at any time of day.

Sleeping up to 14 guests, this home provides plenty of space with three king-sized suites on the bottom floor. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with two queen-sized beds and an en suite bathroom as well as a toy lover-themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four full-sized beds), a children s slide, and a connecting bathroom.

Step into the upper floor loft area with a pool table for hours of entertainment as well as an arcade equipped with an air hockey table, basketball shooting game, and skeeball machine. The home gym also offers a place to work out even while on vacation.

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
