This luxurious 6-bedroom mansion, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is decorated with modern furnishings throughout the entire home. From the private swimming pool and spa to the luxurious home theater, immersive circus children s themed bedroom, American Idol karaoke stage, and a themed black light arcade, this estate has everything you could wish for and more.
This modern mansion is full of elegance and contemporary accents throughout the entirety of the home. The open living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other s company with comfortable seating all around including a sectional as well as the foyer area provides a feature fireplace, comfortable sofa, and four accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers two islands each with a four breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to 12 as well as a five-seat breakfast nook. This home also provides a separate catering kitchen.
Sleeping up to 26 guests, this home provides plenty of space with two king-sized suites on the bottom floor with patio access in each. On the second floor, you will find three further king-sized suites with en suite bathrooms as well as an immersive circus-themed children s bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (six twin-sized beds) and offers a connecting bathroom. The kids will love the interactive opportunity to choose a poster to begin the show with lighting and sound effects.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
