Reunion s newest development of townhomes overlooks the Jack Nicklaus driving range and the 18th hole of this signature golf course. The location is just a short stroll to the clubhouse which offers a pro shop, bar, and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.

As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan furnished with a bohemian style including a leather sofa and three accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day s adventures. A private patio with a four-seat table and two sun loungers is the perfect place to enjoy Florida s sunshine and warm weather on your vacation and you can even jump into the community swimming pool right outside your vacation home.

On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional king-sized bedroom, and a wizard-themed bedroom with bunk beds (twin and full-sized bed) and an additional twin-sized bed. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs as well as a shared family bathroom.

Hours of entertainment can be spent in the sports-themed games room with a foosball and ping pong table as well as a basketball shooting game.

Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
