The open concept living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a sectional and two accent chairs to discuss the day s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen also offers a four-seat breakfast bar and a dining table for up to fourteen to enjoy a home-cooked meal while on vacation.

Sleeping up to 19 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized master suite on the bottom floor with an en suite bathroom and patio access as well as a bedroom with a full sized bed. On the second floor, you can find two further king suites with en suite bathrooms as well. After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
