This seven-bedroom vacation home, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is decorated with bright modern furnishings and includes six king-sized suites and a bedroom with two full-sized beds for the younger ones in the family. Endless movie nights are bound to happen in the home theater or a few hours of friendly competition are going to be played of pool or ping pong in the upper floor loft area or in the games room.This contemporary estate is full of light in every corner and is simple but elegant throughout the entirety of the home. The open concept living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other s company with comfortable seating all around including a sectional and two accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers a large granite island and a dining table for seating up to 12.
Sleeping up to 18 guests, this home provides plenty of space with four king-sized suites, a bedroom with two full-sized beds, and 2 themed bedrooms each with two sets of bunk beds (2x fulls/2x twins in each room) and they each include a connecting bathroom.
Step into the home theater for endless hours of entertainment with the touch of a remote or the upper floor loft area with a two-in-one pool and ping pong table. The games room also provides an X-Box One video game console, multi arcade video game, air hockey table, basketball shooting game, and 2x arcade racing games. Florida s sunshine can be enjoyed from anywhere on the private deck with a swimming pool and spillover spa. The outdoor summer kitchen with a grill and a fire pit are the perfect bonus when you want to entertain or impress your loved ones.
Just steps away from this villa is a walking path to the Bear s Den community recreational area. There is a playground for the little ones to enjoy as well as a sand volleyball court and a putting green.

We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
