This 14-bedroom estate, located in the world-class Reunion Resort, is stylized in an eclectic fashion. Each bedroom is designed with a well-known location in mind and has furnishings from the entry door to the en-suite bathroom that provides details to the story. A three-tiered dazzling home theater with a large projection screen, pop culture themed game room with a foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard table as well as pop-a-shot, and a pool table and X-Box One video game console on the second-floor landing area entertains your loved ones for hours once the theme park days are over and you don t want the fun to stop. Relaxation and sunshine are steps away with a zero-entry swimming pool and spillover spa to soak up Florida s rays and incredible views of the Nicklaus PGA golf course can be seen from the summer kitchen to the Astroturf.
This Colonial style mansion is full of character but also modern furnishings on each of the three floors. The vast open concept living space is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends with comfortable seating all around including three sofas and four accent chairs. Sleeping up to 28 people, this estate provides an abundant amount of space across three floors, all with connecting bathrooms. The Charleston, New York, and Chicago suites each offer a King-sized bed and the Hollywood and Fort Worth bedrooms have two full sized beds. Seven additional rooms are found on the third floor with four bedrooms providing a King-sized bed including San Francisco, New Orleans, Key West, and Maui as well as three bedrooms providing two full sized beds including Kitty Hawk, Cape Canaveral, and Jackson Hole.
Hours of fun and entertainment can be found right inside of this home with a home theater to binge-watch all your favorite TV shows on, pop culture themed game room with a foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard table as well as pop-a-shot for endless rounds of friendly competition, and a second-floor loft area with a pool table and X-Box One video game console. Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
