Welcome to the Kingdom at Reunion, a luxury 12,967 Sq. Ft. home overlooking the 14th Hole of the signature Jack Nicklaus golf course with a sunny west-facing outlook. This newly renovated elite home offers all the amenities of a 5-star resort with the privacy of a home. This property features 12 themed bedrooms, 12 full baths and 3 half bathrooms, a private theatre, a bowling alley, two game rooms, and many more exclusive features that will allow you a luxury vacation without ever leaving the home.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by an open floor plan, including the amazing views of the beautiful Florida sky and luxury pool. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for you to become the chef you always wanted to be or for the indulgence of a personal chef. The kitchen has a sweeping view of the breakfast island, a bar, and a custom dining table that seats 20 guests, plus 3 additional kitchen bars that provide an additional 16 seats for a combined dining seating of 36 guests. The modern and spacious kitchen offers everything you and your loved ones may need to enjoy an exceptional meal each day of your stay. Whether you are looking to sit and relax while enjoying your favorite TV show or admire the views, this living room, complemented by luxurious furniture, will certainly be one of your favorite spots from The Kingdom at Reunion.

Head to the patio to enjoy the Florida breeze overlooking the world-class signature Jack Nicklaus golf course. The sunny, west facing pool with a sun lounge deck is a perfect spot to relax or let the kids play. The oversized spa is the perfect way to end the day and unwind. Guests won t want to leave this expansive pool area, furnished with sun loungers, daybeds, and plenty of patio furniture as well as an outdoor shower and pool bathroom. Do not forget to invite the chef of the family to prepare an alfresco meal in the magnificent summer kitchen and dine at one of the 2 outdoor dining tables that seat 24 as well as 12 high-top bar seating, for a total of 36 outdoor seating. Rental Policies

Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
