This five-bedroom vacation home, located in the Bear s Den section of the world-class Reunion Resort, is art-deco through and through. Escape to the classic pub-like games room to play a round of foosball or the private pool deck with Nicklaus PGA golf course views for some relaxation and sun. At the end of the night, rest peacefully in one of the brightly designed bedrooms including three king sized suites and two bedrooms with a twin and full-sized bed for the younger ones in the family.This art deco estate is full of color and light in every corner and step. The open concept living room is a great gathering spot for the family with comfortable seating all around including a sofa, love seat, and three accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers a five-person breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to 10 people to try out any recipe your heart desires.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, this home provides plenty of space with three king-sized suites and two bedrooms with a twin and full-sized bed and includes connecting bathrooms. Pops of color and artistic light fixtures can be found as well as flat-screen TVs for all your late-night binge-watching.
Step into a rustic bar-like games room for endless hours of entertainment with a PS4 video game console, air hockey, and ping table as well as three arcade gaming stations. s rays are just a sliding glass door away from where you can soak up the sun and warm weather in a private swimming pool and spillover spa. Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
- Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
