Your kids can play princess or avatar in this wonderful estate located on the prestigious Reunion Resort, just a 12-minute drive from Disney Theme Parks! There s something for everyone in this stylish, sun-dappled home, with enough sleeping space for 14, including some pretty clever children s- themed rooms, and plenty of entertainment options.

This impeccably-styled house really brings it. The first floor s open plan allows your family to hang out together in the living room, while the chef of your group prepares the meals and can still be part of the conversation. The cheerful living space features a soothing grey, blue and white color scheme, an oversized sectional and other seating, a generous flat-screen TV, and a whimsical child s teepee and kids caf table for four.

The galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, plenty of space for meal prep and storage, and a breakfast bar for six. A large dining table in the corner of the living area, seats eight.

The first floor is also home to the Master Bedroom with chic embellishments and a king-sized bed dressed in seafoam and white, and sporting a tall quilted headboard. The en suite has double sinks, a soaking tub, and an oversized shower.

Upstairs, the stylish bedrooms keep coming with three more suites, one with a balcony overlooking the golf course. But the two kids rooms may steal the show. There s a pretty Princess bedroom with twin bunk beds and decked out in soft lavender, and an amazing fantasy-themed bedroom with cave-like bunk beds. In both cases, you won t have to beg your children to call it a night.

The upper floor loft area is equipped with a large couch, flat-screen TV, and an X-Box One and PS4 video game console to keep gamers entertained. The entire family will love watching its favorite movies in the galactic-inspired home theater with a large projection screen, foosball table, and video arcade game!

And when you want to take the energy down a few notches, a serene private pool deck allows for amazing golf course views while you re floating, doing the backstroke or playing Marco Polo.

When you want to dine outside, there s a summer kitchen where you can whip up a delicious spontaneous barbecue, or sip an adult beverage under the starry night sky.

Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
