This lovely custom home welcomes your family with open arms, or more accurately, with an open living and kitchen layout. The top-of-the-line kitchen features a large island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and upscale stainless steel appliances for all of your prep and serving needs. (And all the best grocery stores are close by for your gourmet provisions.) The living area, dressed in white, with wood accents, features a flat-screen TV for family viewing, and plush, comfy seating with a large sectional and elegant chairs. With views of the pool and water from the livingroom and second story you and enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or relaxing glass of wine as you finish off your fun filled days.

Six Luxurious, well-designed, en suite bedrooms that can sleep up to 13, are on both floors--one on the second floor has its own balcony. The children s themed rooms are all about fun: a wood-hewn table and chair that look as though they were carved by the Seven Dwarves themselves. (The bureau even has a large apple on display for story emphasis.) Another room inspired by Cars--with a Mater truck-themed bunk beds and all the essential embellishments.

Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
