This lovely home takes comfort to a new level with a cheerful, open living space featuring three large leather couches and an extra large flat-screen TV for communal viewing of your family s favorite shows.

A well-equipped, modern kitchen is open to the living room with gleaming granite counters, one serving as a breakfast bar for four. Beautiful cabinetry and oversized stainless steel appliances make meal prep and storage convenient. A roomy dining table for six allows for large meals, as well as for a rousing board game or card games post-dinner.

There s enough sleeping space for up to 10 people across two floors, including two suites with fluffy king-sized beds topped with gorgeous white linens, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms with double sinks, enlarged showers, and soaking tubs. Next Steps:

After reserving this property on Reunion Resort s website, you will receive a rental agreement from the property management company. We require these forms to be signed and sent back to the property management company to finalize the process. Upon completion of payment, you will receive arrival details and instructions.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the property management company: In the event of the rental property being no longer available through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company s control, we will seek to offer alternative accommodation. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company s liability.

Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
• Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
